2. Using the site.
You're welcome to read, share, and engage with anything on niddy.co.uk. The free AI Readiness Score is yours to take and use however helps your business. We ask that you don't try to break, scrape, or misuse the site or its services.
3. The AI Readiness Score is informational.
Your score and the opportunities surfaced are based on the answers you provide and benchmarks built from UK retail and DTC businesses. They're a starting point, not a guarantee of outcomes. You're responsible for any business decisions you make based on the results.
4. Audit engagements are separate.
The £1,495 ex-VAT 5-day audit is a paid engagement with its own contract, deliverables, and terms. Nothing on this site forms an offer or contract for paid services until both sides have signed an engagement letter.
5. Intellectual property.
All content on this site (copy, layouts, frameworks, visual identity) is owned by North Star Brands Ltd. You can quote or reference us with attribution. Wholesale copying of the site or the audit framework isn't permitted.
6. Third-party links.
We occasionally link to third-party tools or sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or behaviour.
7. Liability.
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available. We can't guarantee uptime, error-free content, or that the AI Readiness Score will fit every situation. To the extent permitted by UK law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
8. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes.
Material changes to these terms are posted here with an updated date at the top.
