What we don't do.
Three things we won't sell you. Some are a waste of your money; one is how we keep ourselves honest.
Generic AI strategy decks. You won't get 40 slides on 'AI in retail.' Every output is specific to your business, your stack, and the verdicts on your actual opportunities.
Recommend tools we haven't run ourselves. Every agent we deploy has been proven at North Star Brands or in a sandbox first. If we haven't run it, we won't put it in your business.
Auto-renew traps. Foundation is rolling-monthly. Growth and Enterprise carry a minimum term so we can deliver, but there's no card on file and no renewal you have to fight to escape.
Worked example.
A £4M D2C client takes the audit. We surface three high-leverage opportunities: email automation, customer-service triage, and product copy at scale.
They deploy two as one-time sprints, then keep us on a Foundation retainer to maintain them and work the roadmap. A bigger group might run Growth, or embed us on Enterprise.
Some clients take the audit and stop there. Some take one sprint, no retainer. The audit is the gate; everything after is yours to choose.
All ex-VAT. Against a Big-4 engagement (£80k+) or a full-time AI hire (£60-80k/year), a fraction of the cost, with deployed systems instead of slides. Growth and Enterprise scale up from here.
How it's billed.
All Niddy work is billed via Xero. Audits and sprints invoice on Day 1, payable within 7 days by bank transfer. Work starts as soon as the invoice clears.
Retainers invoice monthly in advance. Foundation is rolling-monthly; Growth runs on a three-month minimum and Enterprise on a twelve-month term. No card on file, no auto-renew traps.
UK businesses are charged VAT at the standard 20% on top. Custom builds are scoped and quoted separately.
