Not a retailer? The method still works.
Niddy was built around retail because that is where we ran businesses ourselves. But the audit, the sprints and the rules we work to are not retail-specific. If you run an established UK business with a team doing the same admin every week, this page is for you.
Any established business where the work repeats.
Trades and construction, professional services, manufacturers, agencies, hospitality, logistics, brokers and advisers. Investor-backed or not, regulated or not. What matters is that the business is established, has a team, and has work that comes round every week and eats time it should not:
- Quotes and estimates written from scratch each time
- Enquiries answered after hours, or not at all
- Chasing suppliers, subcontractors and late payers
- Scheduling and rescheduling by phone and text
- Reports pulled together by hand every month
- Documents filed, renamed and found again by memory
That is fine. We build around the regulated decision, not inside it.
If you are FCA, SRA or otherwise regulated, the tools we build draft, sort and prepare. You decide. Nothing that carries advice or a regulated decision reaches a client without a person approving it, and anything connected to a mailbox is draft-only, set in the mailbox permission rather than as a promise.
The people who audit it build it.
We do the audit, we build the sprints, and we answer the phone afterwards. No handover to a separate delivery team, no account manager. Fixed fee, agreed in writing before anything starts, never a share of your revenue.
The Audit
Five working days and minimal time from you. We go through how the work actually flows, using your own numbers and systems, and hand you a build-buy-wait roadmap: what is costing you time and money, what to do about it, and the honest option for each, including where the right answer is a tool you already own, or doing nothing at all.
- The report is yours to keep, whatever you decide to do next.
- The audit fee credits in full against your first Sprint or first month of ongoing work, for 60 days.
- 30 days of email access after delivery, for questions as you act on it.
Set-up and workshop
Your tools connected, permissions set the safe way, and a whole-team workshop so the people doing the work know what the tools will and will not do. This is the step most AI projects skip, and the reason most of them stall.
Sprints, one workflow at a time
One workflow from your roadmap, built and working in your business in five to ten working days. Built in your own tools wherever possible (your email platform, your job system, your accounts package), so it is yours and keeps working whatever happens.
Want us around every month?
Shaped to the size of your business. We will tell you honestly whether you need it, because most businesses should start with the audit and see what it finds.
We are already doing this for a regulated financial adviser, with every regulated decision left where it belongs, with them. The method came straight from the retail work. Read what the audit found for an independent retailer.
Twenty minutes. Tell us what eats your week.
A short call to see whether an audit would pay for itself in your business. If it would not, we will say so.
