- Audit. Five days, minimal time from you, a plan from your own numbers saying what to build, buy or leave alone.
- Build. One workflow at a time, in your own tools: the enquiries inbox, quoting, order handling, supplier chasing, the weekly numbers.
- Support. Monthly plans if you want us around to keep building.

Who we work with
Independent retailers and established brands are our main focus, along with the manufacturers and distributors behind them. We also work with established businesses outside retail that have a team and admin that repeats every week, including regulated firms, where we build around the regulated decision and never inside it. More on that.
Meeting in person
Most of the work happens on your systems remotely, but we're happy to meet face to face anywhere in the region for the kick-off and the readout.
